Apartment Art is located in the heart of Paris on the 3rd floor of an 18th century building with elevator. There is only one apartment per floor. Guests will be comfortably living the true Parisian life at Apartment Art. The apartment is approximately 900 square meters. You will be able to discover everything wonderful about Paris just by stepping out the front door of your Parisian apartment. Within walking distance to the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomph, Concorde, Tuileries, Louvres and the list goes on and on. For art collectors, you have all the main galleries just downstairs with all their temptations! Apartment Art is suitable for 2 to 4* guests. There is one bedroom and a comfortable sofa couch in the living room. Come and discover why Paris is considered the "City of Lights"!

Upon entering Apartment Art, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen which is very spacious and inviting. You will be inspired to visit a Parisian market and have a meal in or have a chef come and prepare one for you! To the right of the kitchen is the double living room with all of its beautiful furnishings and art from the 18th century. Off of the living room is the first bathroom with bath tub/shower and toilet.
To the left of the kitchen is the very quiet en-suite bedroom with a queen size bed and private shower and toilet. This bedroom looks out onto the inner courtyard.
The apartment has been decorated and prepared with care and guests will appreciate the comfort they will find right in the heart of Paris.

Guests have use of an international phone that allows you to call free of charge to 103 countries and includes calls to cell phones in the US and Canada. For stays of one week, a bit of champagne awaits you!!

Graceful, elegant and functional apartment located a few hundred meters from the city center. Quiet and peaceful, orderly and located in a neighborhood with little traffic. The ideal apartment for a family of 3 or 4 people. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we also provided lists of restaurants, supermarket, laundry, etc. ... The apartment is tastefully decorated and although full of furniture is very smooth and very pleasing to the eye. The apartment is equipped with free Internet access and international phone line to landlines free. The dining room has everything, We had a great time and definitely rent it when we return to Paris again with much pleasure.

The Champs-Elysees apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures. One will not be disappointed. The location is perfect in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants, all types of shops from upscale to mid-price, and easy access to the Metro. There is a Monoprix (grocery store) in walking distance to stock the kitchen with your favorites. There are many chocolate shops and bakeries to temp your palate as well. The apartment was spotless and the common spaces of the apartment building as well. Joseph, the owner provides you with a detailed information notebook to help you navigate your stay and he makes himself available if you need additional information. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment to all our friends and our family. A wonderful place to "come home" to after a full day of fun in Paris.

Just as advertised - luxury, calm and comfort - and more. This apartment has location. In the heart of Paris, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted in all directions. The apartment is unique and elegant, a combination of old world charm and modern, top-of-the-line amenities. It is comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and secure. The owner, Joseph, is a renter's dream - he is attentive, courteous, engaging and knowledgeable, and available if you need his assistance. Excellent location, very clean and well equipped. Large apartment with 2 bathrooms and very functional kitchen. The fact that telephone calls to most countries land and cell phones were included was a huge convenience. Our family had a wonderful time and did not have to take taxis to get to the heart of Paris as we were located so close the the Champs-Élysées. We would rent this apartment the next time we go to Paris and recommend it to any of our friends. Much better than a hotel and we even cooked a few meals after shopping at the grocery store a block down the street.
