Apartment Saint Martin is an exceptional four bedroom apartment located in the 3rd Arrondissment of Paris on Rue Saint Martin. This newly remodeled apartment is new to the market and ready to welcome you for your next trip to Paris. If you love views and a contemporary feel, Apartment Saint Martin is just what you are looking for. This two-story apartment is located on the 8th and 9th floors of a Haussmanian building in the dynamic Marais neighborhood. An elevator will take you up to the 8th floor, which is the main entrance to the apartment. The apartment is 1,725 square feet and is suitable for up to eight guests.

Upon entry into the apartment, you will find the floor with three well-appointed bedrooms. To your right there is the master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with both a bathtub and large walk-in Italian shower. There is also a toilet in this full bathroom. Just down the hall is the second bedroom, which also has a king-size bed and finally, the third bedroom with a queen-size bed. These two rooms share one full bath with bathtub and wall mounted shower. There is also a small laundry area with washer and dryer.

A small winding staircase leads you up to the 9th floor, which is principally the living area. This wide open area is composed of a full kitchen to the right that opens up onto the dining room and living area. An outdoor terrace runs the length of this room and affords beautiful views out onto the magical city of Paris. Just in front of the apartment is the Saint Martin Church. Off of the living room you will find the 4th bedroom, which is a single bedroom. There is also a full bathroom with shower adjacent to this bedroom. If there are eight guests a sofabed for one is in the living room.

We had a great time in Paris and the apartment on rue Saint Martin helped greatly in making our stay so comfortable. The apartment is quite large and handled our family quite easily. The upstairs living area is great, and the kitchen worked perfectly for our needs. We used the outside terrace quite often and the views were spectacular. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The washer / dryer was a great feature of the apartment as was the occasional use of the air conditioner. The location of the apartment is great, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, shopping, etc. We will truly miss Paris, and our apartment stay will only enhance these great memories.
