Villa Eikon

Villa Eikon is a spacious waterfront villa with four bedrooms and sleeps eight guests. With the use of the villa's studio bedroom this house can sleep 10 guests (studio use is an extra charge). Located just around the corner from Agios Loannis chapel, this villa has a stunning private infinity swimming pool, garden setting, shaded pergola with outdoor barbeque, outdoor dining area, private front entrance with parking, and is just a few minutes away from the secluded sandy beach of Kapari. The villa also has two floors of living space that offer privacy, elegance, and above all comfort. Villa Eikon, together with Villa Sparkle, can be a great solution for large parties of friends or families because the two villas are located next to each other.

Villa Eikon has a bright, elegant living room and an oval-shaped sitting area that are exquisitely furnished with an off-white upholstered day bed, armchair and flowing curtains. Also for entertainment there is a TV with Satellite, a DVD player, and a CD player. Both lounge areas have access to the pool and overlook the sea. The open-style formal dining space connects with a kitchen, an outdoor patio, and a BBQ area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The large outdoor dining table by the swimming pool is perfect for all day sea breeze dining. The master bedroom with a Queen bed is located on the main floor and features a smooth arched wall with behind, a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The upper floor has two nicely appointed bedrooms that each have 2 twin beds and share one bathroom. Another bedroom also on the upper floor has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to a terrace with stunning water views. The studio bedroom is the fifth bedroom and can be used at an extra charge. This bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en suite bathroom, as well as a separate entrance. The villa includes 2 hours daily maid service; extra maid service can be arranged for a charge. Towels are changed daily and linen changed twice a week. Also available for an added charge are an In-house Chef and Concierge Service.
