Aegean Vista is a unique luxury property for travelers seeking adventure, peace and quiet! Aegean Vista stands by itself on the southern end of the Island of Mykonos and can accommodate up to 10 guests with its 6 bedrooms. This unique property has its own private beach 200 meters from the house and has a huge salt water swimming pool looking out over the Aegean sea. This is the perfect spot for those wishing to explore the sea and have a totally relaxing experience. The town of Mykonos is only 15 Km away so for those seeking a night out, the night life is not far away. Visitors are sure to have a unique experience on the beautiful island of Mykonos!

Aegean Vista has three floors with the convenience of an elevator which makes this a handicap accessible home. On the ground floor is a very spacious living room with marble floors and an adjoining dining room with seating for 12. This dining area also leads outside where it is possible to enjoy a meal al fresco. There is also a library with wood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and the guests will enjoy the high tech espresso machine. The owner has a chef that can come to the villa for your convenience and prepare meals upon your request. Please inform us if you are interested.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower. To complete the ground floor is a powder room.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite shower. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and is for children. It also has its own en-suite bath with shower. There is a sitting room that separates these two rooms and it has a fireplace and queen size bed. There is a divider that can be pulled to give these guests privacy. All of the bedrooms have balconies that look out onto the Aegean Sea.

Downstairs, on the pool terrace level, there is an independent apartment with a sitting room, a small kitchen, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has a standard double bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and shower. Going outside under the pergola, a third bedroom can be accessed. It has a standard double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. This room is the only room that does not have air conditioning; it does, however, have a fan. This level also has a large play room for kids with a changing room and a shower. There is also a pantry and a laundry room.

Outside, the guests will enjoy the very large pool which also has a hydro massage bed at one end. There is a shower next to the pool and of course there is a pergola where there is a table, chairs and BBQ. There are several lounge chairs and guests will have all they need to be comfortable including a stereo system right by the pool.
Maid service is twice a week and linens will be changed every 3 days. If you would like maid service every day, it is possible for 500 Euros.
Since Aegean Vista is secluded, it will be necessary to rent a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle to get to the property as there are about 4 km of dirt road. The village of Ano Mera is only 4 Km away and has groceries and restaurants for your convenience.
