Description

Inside lush Mediterranean Gardens and sweeping views of the Ionian Sea sits Villa Portinte. With panoramic views of the Sea and sloping terrain dotted with beautiful Palm Trees and Olive Groves, the property is the definition of tranquility!

Lending to the best experience available are the many outdoor Living options Villa Portinte offers, while having Verandas that are furnished and face the gorgeous surroundings in several places throughout. Sit and take in the privileged space that the property holds, on a gentle slope down to the shores of the Sea below.

Villa Portinte is divided into 2 Trullos and the main House. The first part is composed of two independent Trullos; the first having a Master Bedroom with bathroom en-suite while the second has a Twin Bedroom with bathroom en-suite.

The main House sits below the Trullos and has the best views on the property, with a view of the Sea and includes a large Living Lounge and a furnished Kitchen. Also in the main house is a Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, which both share a bathroom.

Outside, near the patios, there is the swimming-pool with outside furniture and showers. A large garden surrounds the whole house and gently slopes down to the sea. The sea is only 5/10 minutes away on foot down a pathway.

The rent includes bed and bath linen and 300 KW of electric consumption per week. Electrical consumption exceeding this amount will be charged to the guest according to the meter counter at the cost of 25,00 Euro per KW.

Water and final cleaning is not included. There is a final cleaning fee of 100 euro.

During the month of August, there is a two-week minimum rental requirement.

Being so close to the Ionian Sea, the Villa is also within walking distance to a few Restaurants and Beach Clubs. These are accessible by a path that leads from the Villa down to the Shores, the distances of them are:
