Valdarno - Casa Loggia

Experience country living at Casa Loggia which is a recently restored Tuscan villa rental located in Pergine Valdarno. Not far from the main road, a gravel road will wind you through vineyards to Casa Loggia which accommodates six to eight guests. The house is rustic and cozy, comfortably furnished and decorated with taste. Wood beamed ceilings, tiled and hardwood floors along with beautiful antique furniture is found throughout the house.
Outside guests can enjoy the swimming pool surrounded by vineyards. Casa Loggia is a great place to enjoy country living, yet not far from Arezzo and Florence.

Entering through an arched doorway brings you to an internal staircase. Within the doorway are tables and chairs for outside dining. As you go up the stairs, you will find yourself in a large great room. To the right is a large living area with comfortable furniture and satellite television. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. To the left is the dining room with table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The three bedrooms are off of the kitchen. There is one queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms (these can be made into queens upon request). There are two full baths, one with a tub, one with a shower.
Outside guests will enjoy the pool, complete with pool furniture and barbeque.
