The kitchen is fully equipped and well furnished with an island, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and various other small appliances. Here you find a floor of beautiful Italian tile. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, with a passthrough for serving. On the other side of the kitchen is a family room with TV, VCR, skylights, a sliding glass door into the yard, and a powder room with sink and toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and a glass door to the balcony. One single bedroom is on this floor. The main bathroom has a tub with shower.
