Villa Opustiti I

Villa Opustiti I is a newly built property situated between Split and Makarska that offers full comfort and relaxation during your stay. The villa has a fantastic sea view, and is located only few meters from the sea. Villa Opustiti I can accommodate up to 10 guests in four ensuite bedrooms and an extra living area that can be converted into a bedroom when required. Some of the wonderful features at Villa Opustiti 1 are a private pool, sauna, children's play area, near the beach, and a gym.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer months from June 8 - August 7. For all other times of the year a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please inquire for shorter stays.

For larger groups, you can also rent Villa Opustiti II, which is on the same property and can accommodate an additional 10 guests.

The ground floor of the villa is comprised of a large open-plan living and dining room with sleek, modern furnishings and a magnificent view of the sea. There is a wall-mounted TV and ample space at the dining table for up to eight guests. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for your stay, allowing you to cook for family and friends.

There are four double bedrooms on the first floor of the villa with large comfortable beds and plenty of storage. One of the double bedrooms has a large balcony with comfortable seats and a breathtaking view of the Adriatic. There are six bathrooms within the villa, all which have a power shower or bathtub.

The lower ground floor can be reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. You will find a study, a full equipped gym with TV, a shower room and a luxury sauna. In the study there is a TV and a sofa, which can be converted to an extra double bed. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outside terrace can be accessed through the living room and leads out to a large pool area with six sun loungers and a parasol. The outdoor garden area contains a BBQ area and shaded dining area so you can enjoy dining al fresco as you watch the sun set over the sea. A quaint play area can also be found at this part of the garden. The whole area is fenced and provides complete privacy for you and your family. Of course you will enjoy the heated swimming pool.
