Villa Pilar

Villa Pilar will be ready to welcome you April 15, 2015. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is in the heart of Sitges and within walking distance to the town center, beaches and train station. The villa can accommodate up to 11 guests and has 160 square meters of living space and 90 square meters of terrace. One of the nicest features is a rooftop pool which can be heated for the winter months! The owners of Villa Pilar have paid close attention to all details and are ready to make your stay in Sitges a memorable one. Villa Pilar can be reserved for a 3 night minimum except during high season which is June 15 - September 15 where a one week stay is required.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with ample seating, a beautiful kitchen with facilities for indoor dining, and the latest in modern appliances. There is also a fantastic 25 Sq. Metre outdoor courtyard to enjoy exterior dining with direct access from the living room and kitchen and a modern gas BBQ. On the ground floor you will also find TWO double bedrooms (one with a bathroom en suite) and the other with a bathroom right in front. This is particularly attractive for guests with mobility issues or simply wishing to avoid stairs as they can enjoy the use of almost all the facilities without the need to climb upwards!

On the first floor, there are an additional THREE large double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms enjoys a en suite bathroom and the other two have easy access to a second bathroom. All four bathrooms in the house have showers and one of the en suite bathrooms offers both a shower and bathtub! One of bedrooms has a small balcony streetside and the other enjoys a nice terrace overlooking the Courtyard.

The top floor, one of the most exciting areas of the house, consists of a large 75 SQ. Metre rooftop terrace with its own private, heated swimming pool and sun lounge area. It also offers ample outdoor seating. This is one of the most unique aspects of this very special property! .

The house is also fully equipped with central A/C and heating ensuring the complete comfort of our guest of anytime of year they visit! The living room also has a fireplace to create a more cozy atmosphere during the cooler months of the year!

This home is ideally located right in the Centre of Sitges which is a major advantage from other properties. Typically, in the centre of town you can only find smaller apartments which often require you to divide your family/friends between different locations. Moreover, apartments can never offer you the same level of intimacy as a private home. On the other hand, if you look for a larger villa, you must be prepared move to the outskirts of the town and often a 15-20 minute car ride is required to reach the centre of Sitges as well as it´s beautiful beaches. With this property, you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! You and your family/friends can enjoy the privacy of a single family home while still enjoying the best of Sitges all in 3-5 minute WALKING DISTANCE! If you don´t feel like renting a car, there is absolutely no need! That also helps saves on additional expenses and the daily coordination of activities is so much easier as you don't have to worry about managing transportation. Everyone can just do their "own" thing. Everything you will need is within footsteps of the house (beaches, stores, restaurants, etc). Also, if you plan to commute to Barcelona centre, it couldn't be easier! The train station is just a 2 minute walk and there is quick, convenient and direct train service to Barcelona every 20 minutes. The BEST of Sitges is literally at your doorstep!
