Garraf Park Villa is located within walking distance to one of Spain's most beautiful parks! The villa can accommodate up to 22 guests in 9 bedrooms. The villa is 340 m2 and sits on a property that is 2,500 m2. It's ideal location will take you to the lively town of Sitges and it's lovely beaches in 15 minutes or to city of Barcelona in 40 minutes. Some of the features that guests will love at Garraf Park Villa is the private pool, the layout of the property which allows extended families and friends to all share the same space and find privacy, the beautiful views and spectacular sunsets along with all of the little extras that guests will find throughout the villa.

ALL STAYS ARE WEEKLY DURING HIGH SEASON (JUNE, JULY, AUGUST). SHORTER STAYS OF AT LEAST 5 NIGHTS ARE POSSIBLE DURING MID AND LOW SEASON

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE BUT IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

The villa can comfortably cater for up to 22 guests. All bedrooms are very large, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light with some having access to terraces. All have ample storage and wardrobe space. The make up of the bedrooms can be set up to guest requirements.

The main house:

There is a very spacious and beautiful living area with fully equipped kitchen and a dining room which sits up to 22 guests.

The main house is comprised of 2 Master en-suites and three large bedrooms that can be made up as double/twin bedded rooms or as triples. Where a triple room is required, the third bed will be a very comfortable and durable fold up bed.

The self contained apartment:

The annexed apartment also offers variable accommodation. In addition to having its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large walk in shower, television and private terrace, it can be made up as a two double bedroom apartment or a one bedroom apartment with living area.

The annexed guest house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The gardens are full of palm trees, olive and lemon trees and provide a great playground for children...they can hide in the tree house, jump up and down on the trampoline, play football, hide and seek or just splash around in the 16 x 8 meter pool. Meanwhile, the adults can have their fun in the chill out zone... an 80 m2 covered outdoor lounge, with comfy seating, a full kitchen, bar and eating area...perfect to relax after a long day or even after a short day!
