Pampelonne’s famous beaches and trendy St.Tropez are 15 min by car. The residence is part of a gated community with controlled access, parking area (for three cars) and garage. The ground floor rooms at the front of the villa open onto a delightful garden, planted with olive trees, which lead to a path running alongside the sea. The kitchen has access to an outdoor dining area with terraces furnished with tasteful sofas and a pergola covered in vines. A large swimming pool can be heated on request (at additional cost). The tasteful interiors have tiled floors, white exposed beamed ceilings, and modern furnishings. Highlights of the spacious living room include a large open fireplace and beautiful double doors leading onto a sun-drenched terrace. Every room faces the garden and pool. This luxury villa’s amenities include: air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and high speed internet, gas BBQ, Sky satellite TV and large plasma screen. Each double bedroom can be made in to two twins upon request.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and shower room with French doors opening to the garden. The first floor has a Master Bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom (bath and shower, double basin, WC), TV, and view of the sea through the trees from a small terrace. On the lower floor there is a guest bedroom (accessible from outside and from an internal staircase) with ensuite bathroom with shower attachment and an adjoining living room with TV.
