Villa Gassin

Villa Gassin is a beautiful, contemporary style villa situated in the hills between the picturesque village of Gassin and the larger town of La Croix Valmer, with all facilities. The lovely beaches of Gigaro are within a five to ten minute drive. It is a particularly quiet and private position at the end of a road, and with views over the surrounding countryside. The accommodation is on two floors with the rooms at both levels opening to terraces from where the views can be enjoyed. Within the large garden is an infinity swimming pool (11m x 5m). The rooms are very light and spacious, with wooden floors and large windows, and furnished to a high standard, predominantly in soothing hues of cream and white. On the first floor, the two sections of the house are separated by an open mezzanine area with office space. Further amenities include satellite TV and internet access.


The ground floor of Villa Gassin features a fully equipped modern kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer, dining room with seating for eight guests, living room with large glass doors opening to the terrace, garden and pool, a double bedroom with separate bathroom.

The large outdoor area includes a lovely landscaped garden, heated infinity pool (furnished with sun beds, lounge chairs, and a bistro table with chairs), two boules courts, and a fully equipped summer kitchen replete with a bar, grill, fridge/freezer, and large table with chairs.
