Villa Etoile is definitely a star and waiting to welcome you! Whether your travels take you to Cannes for the holidays, a convention or maybe you have been invited to walk the red carpet at the Festival de Cannes, Villa Etoile is a perfect place to call home while you are in Cannes. Located only 10 minutes drive from the Croissette, this large villa sparkles like a star on the hill looking out onto the bay of Cannes. Villa Etoile can accommodate 14-16 guests* in 7 double bedrooms. The villa is laid out on several levels and the outside area is as important as the inside. Each level has a terrace where the views can be admired. At the very top is a terrace for meals and then going down, you will enjoy the terrace with activities to fill your hours. Enjoy working out or what about a game of fooseball or ping pong?
If you don't feel like any of that, go down to the large pool area where you can enjoy the heated pool (see charges), the sauna or hot tub. Because you are in Southern France, why not play a game of Boules, the local sport? There is a court ready for your use.

Upon entering Villa Etoile, you will find a large living room that opens up onto a terrace with table and chairs and above all, amazing views. There is also a dining area next to the living area for meals inside when the weather does not allow you to be outside.

The kitchen if fully equipped and has an American style fridge, 2 special fridges for the beverages, large freezer, regular oven, microwave oven, steam oven, cooking hob, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toasters, kettle, plate warmer etc.
There is also extensive table ware for your dinners.
There is a professional grill and plancha on the terrace.
You will enjoy A/C all over the villa, WIFI, Sat TV, ALARM connected to the Police, and private parking for 8-10 cars.
Music system: powerful Bluetooth device (that accepts cable and USB)
Equipment: fitness, rowing machine, table tennis, pool table, fooseball table, boule court, sauna, SPA (optional extra payment).
Linen room (washing machine and dryer from MIELE) + iron.

- Master bedroom (king size bed) with balneotherapy bathtub + shower, toilet. Direct access to the master from the lift. A/C, radio and Sat TV.
- "Suite 1" with shower room and toilet. 2 single beds that may be prepared as one Queen size bed. A/C, Sat tv and radio.
- "Suite 2" with shower room and toilet. 2 single beds that may be prepared as one Queen size bed. A/C, Sat tv and radio.
-1 independent studio accessible by an elevator (or by an external staircase) comprising 2 bedrooms (each has 2 single beds that might be prepared as a double), sharing a shower room with toilet. A/C all over. One bedroom has Sat tv.
A total of 5 bedrooms sleep 10 (1 double beds + 8 single that may be set in 4 doubles)

- ANNEX 1 independent apartment (has its own sea view terrace) in the same property comprising a bedroom with 2 single beds (that may be prepared as a double) and a second bedroom with a double bed sharing a shower room with toilet. Available as well a quality sofa-bed for 2. A/C all over. French TV
