Villa Croix Valmer is a newly constructed contemporary property ideally located right outside the town of La Croix Valmer and close to Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro. The Villa can accommodate up to 20 people in 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

The Main Villa:
The spacious 3-level villa has 5 bedrooms. The ground floor consists of an entry hall and a bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace, a dining room, a salon and a large open and fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms are opening onto the terrace, the pool and the fantastic ocean view.

On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with a fireplace, shower and bathtub and two other bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms have an amazing ocean view and open onto a terrace with
sunbeds.

On the lower floor you can find a cinema room, two more bedrooms (one with a huge patio with an olive tree) and a laundry room.

The Apartments:
On the same plot but completely separated from the villa are 3 independent luxury apartments all with their own private entrance, a secluded terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. If wanted the 3 apartments can be rented with the villa and be connected to the villa through a common entrance.

The outside space is equally beautiful and consists of a heated infinity pool and a huge jacuzzi. The pool house is equipped with a barbecue and the huge wooden table sets free the most wonderful view on the ocean and the Golden Islands.
