Juan les Pins Villa is the best place for families or couples, perfect for events or just having a rest on the magical French Riviera. There are 7 suites and one separate guest house.
All these suites and guest house have AC (warm and cold), large double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and wardrobes.

Please note that during the summer months, a two week minimum rental is required. Pets may be accepted upon request.


• Feel the "midi' taste : Half or Full Catering with house Chief who cooks a large variety of local ("midi") plates from fish to meat directly at the Villa at reasonable prices. Why not try a "Fresh" Breakfast with Hot Croissant and Pain au Chocolat delivered directly each morning from the best Antibes bakery. For these services, request has to be done to our staff directly 1 day prior and according to the staff's availability.
• Improve your swing : Golf Courses by John (one of the best English teacher - PRO) with his amazing Golf teaching method. Request has to be done at time of booking confirmation and according to John's availability.

• 1st Bedroom (Ground Floor) has a nice library and a master en-suite (Fully decorated in Faience style, Hydromassage shower, 2 basins, 1 toilet, various mirrors with drawers;) opening onto a private terrace-balcony (2 comfortable chairs with 1 table) from where you have direct access to outside kitchen and east dining terrace.

• 2nd Bedroom (1st floor) is equipped with phone and also has a master en-suite (Fully decorated in Faience style, Jacuzzi, shower, 2 basins, Bidet, various mirrors with drawers), opening onto a balcony with the south view of the garden and pool.

• 3rd , 4th, 5th and 6th Bedrooms (1st floor) have standard en-suite (Bath with Shower, Toilet, Bidet, Basin, mirror, drawers) opening onto a balcony with West or East side views of the garden. Facilities for 3rd, 4th, 5th suites are an office with chair and armchair meanwhile the 6th suite has a LCD TV with more than 300 channels.

• 7th Bedroom (2nd floor) with standard en-suite has the most interesting view (small sea view but view of the hills of Juan-Les-Pins), especially during the firework season starting with Bastille Day (14th of July) and going on the following weeks (each week there are special fireworks). The office has a desk and chair and a private mezzanine is available on request.



Juan les Pins Villa is also a place where you feel like comfortable by dining on one amazing outside terrace with enough space to gather all the guests. There is a Built-in Outside BBQ which is next to the private outdoor pool (unheated).

Many facilities are provided such as Table Tennis, Badminton, and many games for children are available. The owner has some bicycles, rollers and Golf Clubs (Extra Cost with deposits and on request).

Also, the garden is equipped with sound and light to customize your night ambiance. (BOSE Wireless Music System for Garden Pool, terrace entry and Kitchen.)
