Property Details :
Ground floor

Entrance into a very spacious living room and open-plan dining room with high ceilings, two sided mezzanine balcony, comfortable sofas and dining room table. To the right of the entrance is the kitchen with central console bar, which is fully equipped with Westhal gas hob, central wok, Gaggenau oven, microwave, double sink, coffee machine, plancha, 2 fridges, freezer and dishwasher. Access through double doors to summer kitchen with BBQ and sink, round dining table opening onto a pretty terrace with pergola.

On this floor there is also a TV room and to the left of the entrance there are three bedrooms. The first is a twin with garden view and en-suite bathroom with shower, double basin and WC. The second is also a twin with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The third is a standard double with a mezzanine floor that has a single bed that could sleep another adult or child. Again this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

First floor

There are two further bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double with Queen size bed, Plasma TV and sea views, it has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double basin and WC. The other bedroom, considered the Master with 210m bed, Plasma TV, balcony with sea and countryside views, has an en-suite bathroom with free standing bath, shower, double basin and WC.

Lower ground floor

On this floor there is the laundry room which is accessed from the kitchen. There are also two further bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with King size bed. Plasma TV, access to the garden and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The last bedroom has twin beds with en-suite bathroom and shower, basin and WC. With no views or outdoor access, this room works for children or a nanny. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
