Villa Nartelle is ready to welcome 8 guests near St Maxime on the French Riviera. This 4 bedroom villa which is newly renovated, has a private pool and enjoys beautiful views of the Mediterranean. It is located in a private and secured domaine very close to the most beautiful beaches (900 meters) in St.Maxime and within easy reach of shops, restaurants etc.
Villa Nartelle faces south and has a very spacious garden that is almost 2000 square meters. There is parking for up to 4 cars.

There is a beautiful outdoor living area with comfortable chairs, table and of course a BBQ for enjoying the beauty of the area. From here guests will enjoy the fabulous view!

On the ground level there is a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, which opens up onto the outdoor terrace.
Three of the 4 bedrooms are on the ground level. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has two twin beds. There is a full bath, shower, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there is the parental suite with en-suite bathroom with tub and private terrace and beautiful views!

It is possible to take a boat from St. Maxime to St. Tropez in 10mn! St. Raphael is 15 minutes from the villa and Cannes is 35 minutes.
