Villa Paix

Villa Paix is a beautiful refurbished property situated below the medieval village of Grimaud. It sits in the valley with views over the surrounding countryside, windmill and chateau. The house is only a short distance from the village and nearby attractions of Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez. The exterior is charming with traditional ochre walls, blue shutters and terracotta roof. The accommodation is on two floors with the lounge opening directly onto the attractive stone terrace with its comfortable, spacious outdoor seating area with views over the lavender scented garden and pool. To the side of the house, beneath a pergola, is an eating area with table and chairs and gas barbeque. The interiors are light, cool and airy with cream and whitewashed walls, wide windows and attractive ceiling beams. Rooms are tastefully furnished with a mixture of antique and contemporary furniture, rugs, pictures and lamps. Colors are inviting in a mixture of white, blue and floral for the bedrooms. Bathrooms are immaculate in white and neutral colors with traditional style basins.

Ground Floor: Lounge with large comfortable sofa, wooden bookcases, corner divan, beamed ceiling, with French doors opening onto terrace. Contemporary and spacious, yet cozy, kitchen at the back of the house with dining table and chairs, central working unit with wine cooler, American fridge/freezer with ice maker, gas cooker stove, electric oven, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Two double bedrooms (160 cm and 180 cm beds), one with ensuite shower and one separate bathroom with bath, shower and toilets.

Garden and Pool Level: Two double bedrooms with direct access to terrace and pool. One bedroom has ensuite walk-in shower, toilets and dressing room. The other bedroom has a bath, shower, toilets and dressing room. A third bedroom to the side of the property has two single beds, ensuite shower and toilets.

Amenities: AC throughout, Wi-Fi internet access, Sky TV, Pool heating. Obligatory maid service of 10 hours, payable locally at 15 Euros per hour.
