Chateau Privat is a 17th Century chateau that has been carefully and respectfully restored and is ready to welcome 8 guests for their next holiday in the Perigord near Bordeaux, Bergerac and all that this region of France has to offer. Around Chateau Privat guests will enjoy their own private park where there are several terrace areas to relax and enjoy the moment. The Chateau also has a private pool.

Ground Floor
• Entrance hall with floor made of polished pebbles.
• A beautiful spacious lounge with sofas, fireplace, romantic curtains and decorations, Wifi and CD player.
• A beautiful and large dining room with seventeenth century wood, mirrors.
• A large kitchen with a huge fireplace, fully furnished, a large table with comfortable velvet chairs. 2 sofas, a flat screen TV / satellite.
• A bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.

First Floor
• A bathroom with double sinks, bath, toilet, dressing tables with mirror
• 4 bedrooms and one suite bedroom, all furnished with a bed of 160cm. Each room has its own theme:
➢ Master bedroom, 4 poster bed and antique fireplace. Walls are entirely covered with 17th century wood.
➢ White bedroom, with a vaulted medieval ceiling, connected to the large red room with 2 sofas and a TV.
➢ Red bedroom, Romantic style carpets and furniture, fireplace.
➢ Baldaquins bedroom decorated with sofa, huge fireplace and mirror.
➢ A large suite bedroom with living area. Large sofa. Flat screen satellite TV. A shower room with WC, sink.


The Outside
• The main avenue of 250 meters is fully lined with trees to the majestic castle, separated by moats.
• Two terraces in the courtyards, another small terrace under the trees where you can rest in the shade.
• The swimming pool, in the park, with exclusive access. Solar shower.
• Table tennis, possibility of fishing on the property.
• Shaded parking available in the park.
