Apartment Chocolate

Apartment Chocolate is a true find in the heart of Paris located in the 5th Arrondissement. This amazing loft style apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Your stay in Paris is sure to be amazing and you will be more than happy to return to your "Parisian home" to relax after a full day in the city. The large open spaces are bright and airy and you will feel comfortable and welcome at Apartment Chocolate which was once a chocolate factory!

Apartment Chocolate is laid out on three floors providing guests with many different spaces to live and relax. The main living room is bright and furnished with contemporary furniture. There is a family room in the mezzanine where you can really appreciate the space of the apartment as you look down onto the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a space to eat. If you are having a more formal dinner, you can take advantage of the formal dining area and sit under the Parisian starlit sky!

The sleeping quarters are all located on the inner courtyard so your nights will be peaceful. There is one large parental suite with a very large shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom with bathtub. There are also two separate toilets for your convenience. All of the bedrooms have plenty of space to put away your belongings and really feel like you are home.
Finally, there is an office area in the basement which is naturally lit from the main floor. Here is a great spot to curl up with a good book. There are also two single beds in this area if needed.

Our family of 7 truly enjoyed our stay at Apartment Chocolate. We were very pleased with the entire reservation process and the quality of the greeter. The apartment was clean and spacious and the open common areas where perfect for the times when we were at the apartment all together. The apartment is very near the metro and there are grocery stores, bakeries, cafes etc all within easy reach. We will definitely stay at Apartment Chocolate again, merci!

Was a great, spacious apartment for the family (4 adults, 2 kids 10 & 12). Loved being on the ground floor and in a neighborhood with families, a cool park 200 ft from the aprartment and not a lot of tourists. There for over two weeks and you kinda get to know the folks at the pâtisserie and grocery store, not well, but the occasional nod. It’s a cool place.

The location of the apartment could not have been better and we were well impressed by the unique layout and size. The apartment was clean and our earlier check in was accommodated - which was very appreciated. The greeter didn't have complete knowledge of the apartment but was able to get answers quickly as needed. There were a few light switches that didn't work, which was a little frustrating but nothing that couldn't be managed. Also, the electric side of the oven has a faulty door that was to get fixed but did not - wasn't a big deal for us as we were not planning on using the oven. Having laundry on site was a bonus for travelling with kids (though the unit is small and it takes a little longer than usual to get a load done... however, for basic travel essentials it worked just fine. We would highly recommend this apartment for groups or families travelling to Paris.

We loved everything about this apartment in the heart of Paris! It was an awesome location, very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the metro and bus stops. The Rue Moufftard market is nearby as well as several amazing bakeries and lots of dining options. The apartment is actually more like a house, with multiple levels and very spacious. We had a family of 9 and tyThe apartment is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with high end appliances. However, some of the furnishings are a bit "tired" and worn down and could use updating. A couple of tips, it would be useful to have instructions on how to use the stove and oven, as well as the heating units. The apartment can get a bit drafty in the winter. However, all in all we had a wonderful stay at Apartment Chocolate!
