Description

Villa Camus is a beautifully restored stone "bastide style" building nestled in the midst of vineyards, olive groves and almond trees. The property is within walking distance to the village of Lourmarin, listed as "one of the most beautiful villages in Luberon", France. The villa consists of two floors with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room overlooking the terrace, garden, and pool. There are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, welcoming eight guests comfortably. In addition, there are two furnished terraces with pergolas on both sides of the house.

On the ground floor is a reception area, leading on the left to the large, fully-equipped, modern, open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room. A large, air conditioned double bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and separate WC. Also available on this floor is a guest WC and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor are the three remaining bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed, dressing and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, double washbasin and separate WC. Along the corridor are two further bedrooms, one with a queen bed, ensuite shower and separate WC, and the other one with a queen bed that can also be made as twin beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, single washbasin and separate WC.

Amenities include air conditioning throughout, satellite TV and internet access, two garages, gas barbecue, outdoor pizza oven, and large pool with sun lounges.
