The Trellis Villa is a lovely holiday house rental in Provence with an ideal location for discovering Provence and spending a relaxing vacation! Here you will be near many important and historic towns of Provence such as Avignon, Nime, and Arles. At the same time you're in the famous Lirac vineyards where you can enjoy complete privacy and tranquility in an authentic country home. A farmhouse until the 1990's, The Trellis Villa has been fully restored and will accommodate its guests with comfort and charm. With a privileged southern exposure, the stone walls of this villa are surrounded by a completely enclosed garden featuring many cozy spots to relax while enjoying the flora and fauna of Provence with jasmine, lavender, roses and pink laurels around every corner. Sit by the ancient fountain and enjoy the soothing sound of trickling water. The terraces are perfect for a quiet breakfast or a celebratory dinner with friends. This property can accommodate 16 guests. The main house with its 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms is designed for 14 guests. Prices reflect the rental of the main house.

There is also a private cottage with a kitchenette, queen bedroom and full bath. This cottage has its own private access and pool. This is perfect for a large family gathering in which one couple would prefer to be away from the main group!

See charges below for the addition of the cottage. The main house also has a pool complete with pool chairs and parasols and even a simulated current for swimming enthusiasts! Within the main house guests will enjoy a unique and spacious living room and dining room with seating for all. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been designed to offer all a cook would want. The owners also offer many extra services which can be arranged in advance. Among these services are maid service, baby sitting, cooking, hairdresser, horseback riding, and mountain bike rental. At the beautiful Trellis Villa you will have everything needed for a relaxing, memorable vacation in Provence!

Much of the main floor at The Trellis Villa is designed around a spacious vaulted living room. The room is very well lit and has retained its homey character. In the summer it's the perfect refuge from the sun. The thick walls allow this room to remain refreshingly cool all summer.

Among the many charming spots in this house, one of the most remarkable is the immense vaulted room opening onto the private gardens. This room, once the house's stables, is now the perfect place to share a meal with family or friends, or to organize seminars.

For those of you who love to cook, The Trellis Villa's fully equipped kitchen is sure to please! Along with the stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, many well chosen details have been added to this room. There are walnut cabinets, a butcher's block, pastry marble, stone sink, water filter, induction burners and professional countertops. The kitchen also has a small breakfast table.

A large hall with a Tavel stone staircase leads to the second floor of the house. There is a private living room which leads to 5 of the bedrooms. All been carefully decorated to accommodate the space and feel of the room. Every bedroom faces south and offers magnificent views of the famous Mont Ventoux and the castle of nearby Saint Laurent des Arbres.

The first bedroom is a suite with a queen bed that can also be used as two twins. The full bathroom has a tub with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed or the possiblity of two twins. From this room there is a small staircase leading up to the third floor where there is a small bathroom with tub and toilet. (The sixth and seventh bedrooms are located on this floor. One of the bedrooms has three twin beds and the other has a double bed). Going back down the stairs to the second bedroom and back out into the hallway is the third bedroom which is a suite with a queen bed or two twins and a full private bathroom with a large round jacuzzi, sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom is once again a suite with a queen bed or two twin beds, a full bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet. The fifth and final bedroom on this floor is a suite with a queen bed or two twin beds and full bath with bathtub, sink and toilet. The seventh bedroom looks out on the back of the villa and has a queen bed or two twin beds and a full bath with shower, sink and toilet.

The cottage, which is completely independent, is for an additional two guests. It has a kitchenette, a queen bed and a full bath with shower, sink and toilet. It also has a private terrace and small round pool 4 meters in circumference. From here there's a most beautiful view of the vineyards and nearby castle,

The beautiful garden and pool area are just outside the villa. There is plenty of room to lounge around the pool and enjoy the glorius weather of Southern France!

For an extra charge there are many services that can add to your vacation experience. It is possible to take tennis lessons, go horseback riding, rent a mountain bike, hire a cook for a special meal, have a hairdresser or beautician come to the villa, or maybe take advantage of having a babysitter come for a night. All of your needs will be met graciously at The Trellis Villa.

The house, the garden, the rooms, the hosts(!) and the location were all wonderous! All my doubts were instantly erased when Alberic and Son graciously received us like old friends and made our life easy.

It's a beautiful place. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful and great cooks. The whole week was a dream and went smoothly and effortlessly thanks to the hosts.We had two delicious dinners that they cooked, served and afterwards cleared and washed up. What luxury!!! I want to be 60 again and again and again! All my family and friends were happy and we were walking around like in a dream. Only it was real!
