Come and discover the beauties of Provence at Villa Noves located in the heart of Provence with villages like St-Remy-de-Provence and Avignon just a quick drive away! For those that like to walk, the walled village of Noves is only 2 km away and is walkable. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms. Guests will love the warm welcome they will receive from the owners and the large, private garden where you will find a welcoming pool with pool house. The domain has a surface of 6.000 m² and has a vast variety of plants and trees, oleanders, palm trees and ancient olive trees.

The comfortable living room with its fireplace has an impressive antique staircase to the mezzanine on the top floor. The owners have placed a large flatscreen TV with satellite reception (500+ channels, amongst them all Dutch and some Belgian channels) and a home entertainment system. There is also TV Orange through internet for all the French channels.


The Provencal ceilings, the combination of classic and antique furniture, the Ralph Lauren curtains, the beautiful lamps, simply put, the tasteful and cosy decoration, gives this property a luxurious feeling which hopefully appeals to you.
The dining room with its Provencal ceiling, situated in the centre of the Mas, has a large open fireplace which is typical of this area. The room is decorated with antiques and Provencal Art.

The large antique table with eight Lloyd Loom chairs from Vincent Sheppard, is comfortable enough to accommodate eight people. Of course, the dining room has doors to the south facing terrace and direct access to the gardens.


The large kitchen with its Provencal ceiling and fireplace is fully equipped and provides all the luxury you are accustomed to in your own home. The owners made a major investment in installing a brand new kitchen in 2013. As they love to cook (occasionally also for their guests) they bought the new hand-made professional La Cornue Grand Papa 135, which includes 5 stoves, 2 ovens and a teppanyaki.
An American model fridge, dishwasher, microwave are apparent. A magimix, Senseo machine, coffee machine, orang presser, mixer … and so on, it is all there. Also more than enough pans, kitchen linen, cuttingboards, cutting knives, cuttelery, glasses and china is fully provided for.

At Villa Mas Noves the kitchen is an important place! With the open fire place lit, when it gets dark earlier, this is an ideal place to combine cooking and socializing, with family, friends and guests.

Villa Noves has 2 suites and two bedrooms. Both of the suites are large and one of the suites is laid out on two floors with a mezzanine and it has a sofa bed which is perfect for two children. This suite can accommodate 4 guests and the other can accommodate 2. Both bedrooms have private, ensuite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have AC for your comfort.

Wonderful house in Provence! My family and I had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful house. The house was a traditional Provence house which was very nicely decorated throughout and even though the weather was particularly warm during the time we spent there the house remain nice and cool during the day. The garden is absolutely magnificent and with such great weather, we spent a lot of time having barbecues, swimming and playing petanque. It is conveniently located to local villages Cabannes and Noves which have shops and super markets for your daily needs. It is also close to the scenic town of Saint Remy de Provence which has very nice restaurants and shops and a very nice market. Christine and Ruud our hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay and we hope to come stay at your lovely house again soon.

Wonderful place, Wonderful hosts! Pros: ambiance and decor, friendly owners. This is a great find! Usually pictures on the internet look better than when you are actually there, but at the Mas, it is actually better being there! I researched a lot of houses in this area, and chose this one, and it truly lived up to its expectations.

I would absolutely recommend the Villa to anyone. This place is absolutely perfect in every way. The location is very close to many of the various historic villages and towns in the area. The facilities are extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful, very well decorated by the owners. Ruud and Christine are wonderful hosts, attentive, gracious and warm. Wonderful place, real Provence villa. Perfect location to visit Avignon, Arles, Nimes, St. Remy and all Luberon villages. Very quiet place, and also only few minutes from the main roads and motorway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely and very friendly owners, speak very good English.
