Villa Moon is a highly rated luxury seafront villa set in beautifully-kept, landscaped gardens. Situated on the top of a cliff overlooking the bay of Chania and the sparkling Aegean Sea, the villa offers stunning views out to sea. The sunsets are practically picture-perfect! The villa has a large, tiled, infinity pool with children's area, private terrace and parking. This property is ideally suited for families, friends, or for romantic getaways throughout the year. The villa's internal layout consists of four large bedrooms (sleeping eight guests) plus child cot if needed. All bedrooms have Satellite TV, air conditioning, private balconies, and ensuite bathrooms. Outside, the large terrace has a pergola-covered seating and dining area, offering shade with spectacular views. Villa Moon is furnished throughout with luxury and high quality fittings and furniture. Also included is a fully equipped gymnasium, a relaxing sauna, and a cinema room with Xbox 360/Kinect.

The ground floor of the villa offers a living room (TV, fireplace, DVD player), dining room with seating for eight, fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower and Jacuzzi tub). The first floor consists two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. In the basement you will find a fourth double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the TV/media room, fully-equipped fitness room, and sauna.

Villa Moon is on the edge of the beautiful Akrotiri peninsula in western Crete in Greece. The beautiful Venetian city of Chania, known as "little Venice", is a 20 minute drive away. It earns its nickname as a result of its old, lively port, narrow shopping streets, and waterfront restaurants. The harbor is a must see with its old buildings, museums, churches, and local crafts shops. The atmosphere has a touch of Florence and Venice, combined with the culture and character of Cretan people and traditions. The beautiful, golden beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros are a few minutes away from the villa and all offer delicious seafood restaurants and beach bars. Stavros is a beautiful cove with a small harbor and is where the Oscar winning "Zorba the Greek" movie was filmed. The area is perfect for relaxing and has many monasteries and caves waiting to be explored in the mountain range that runs along the length of the peninsula. Also available nearby are plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants, and bars offering international cuisine. For those seeking a more active vacation, horseback riding, sailing, and scuba diving are also located nearby.
