Description

Located only 65 meters from the beach, Villa Orkos is a brand new house, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa Orkos has a magnificent view of the ocean. Both small private beaches, and larger ones, including Plaka Beach and Orkos Beach, are situated 60 meters from the villa.

Villa Orkos is architect designed and built to high standards. On the stone terrace you will find areas with sun, and areas with shade if that is your preference. The roof terrace provides a sunbathing area with panoramic sea views. The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort.

All prices are for 6 guests. For more than 6 guests please inquire. Airport transfers are included in the prices.

The ground floor consists of two levels; one with a living room with an open fireplace, and another with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a dish washer, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine etc. Both the living room and the kitchen open out to the large stone terrace with sea views.

Villa Orkos has beds for six people, but the sofas in the living room can easily be turned into two extra beds. The upper bedroom has two adjacent single beds and an en- suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The two other bedrooms are downstairs, with an en-suite bathroom. In this bathroom you will find a washing machine which can be used by the guests. All the bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes.

50 meters from the house is a small, cozy Italian restaurant with a magnificent sea view. You will find several Greek tavernas and two supermarkets in Mikri Vigla, which is within walking distance.

The environment is very quiet and relaxing. A long walk or a few minutes by car takes you to a variety of restaurants and discotheques by the beaches. Naxos town, which is about 20 minutes driving, has many nice shops and supermarkets, charming narrow streets and great tavernas and restaurants.
