Furore Estate

Furore Estate is a splendid three-story villa on the top of a steep mountain overlooking the sea. It is 340-square meters and sleeps up to 16 people in three separate and beautifully appointed vacation houses, each with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. They can be rented either separately or together for a larger group of up to 16 people. The homes share a swimming pool, a large terrace and a garden, all with a wide and splendid view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast.

The interiors are extremely bright and airy and have been recently renovated and tastefully furnished with a mixture of traditional, elegant and modern furniture and fittings. The floors are tiled with local, hand-made Majolica tiles, which have splendid designs and colors. Guest who enjoy hiking will be able to easily reach the famous trail called "Path of the Gods", the popular trekking route that begins from Agerola towards Positano that offers some of the most beautiful mountain and sea views in the world.

PLEASE NOTE: The owners have a one-bedroom apartment for 4 people on the ground floor of the villa. They do not live there but they occasionally come for a weekend or longer. So, they reserve the right to be there during your stay and have access to the roof terrace. They will be discreet and will make sure you have the maximum privacy.


FURORE 1:
Accommodation: (roughly 90 sqm inside and 10 sqm of private terraces and balconies )
• Main bedroom with a double bed, a window and wall to wall glass sliding doors which lead onto a balcony and offer a wide and splendid view of the sea. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
•Second bedroom with a double bed, an air conditioning/heating unit and ceiling fan. French doors gives onto a balcony with the same splendid sea view. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a bathroom comprising of a shower cubicle, wash basin and a toilet. French doors open onto a standing balcony with splendid sea view.
•Large living/dining room with solid wood sideboards, crystal-topped dining table seating four people, Satellite TV, comfortable sofa with armchairs. The kitchen corner is fitted with 4 gas rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.
•From the living room arched glass doors open onto a side terrace offering sea views. The terrace is furnished with a dining table seating four people.

FURORE 2:
Accommodation (roughly 100 sqm inside and 80 sqm of private terraces)
•Private terrace placed at the entrance of the house. The terrace is furnished with sun lounges, a dining table with chairs and offers a gorgeous view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast
•Entrance is from the terrace into a large/dining living room. The living/dining area is comfortable and spacious, furnished with a dining table with chairs, a sofa with armchairs, and Satellite TV. Two sets of glass door gives onto the larger terrace and a third set of glass door gives access to a second, private terrace furnished with outdoor seating.
•Separate kitchen with cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.
•Bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
•Main bedroom with a double bed, a window and French doors which lead onto the main terrace. This bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet
•Second bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. French doors lead onto the main terrace. The terrace is shared with the guests staying at the two apartments of the villa. You will reach it along an external stairway of approximately 50 steps

FURORE 3:
Accommodation (roughly 140 sqm inside and 100 sqm of private terraces)
•Private terrace placed at the entrance of the house. The terrace is furnished with sun lounges, a dining table with chairs and offers a gorgeous view of the sea and of the Amalfi Coast
•From the terrace, 3 sets of glass doors give access to the kitchen and into the dining/living room. The living/dining area is comfortable and large, furnished with a dining table with chairs, a sofa with armchairs, and Satellite TV.
•The kitchen is equipped with cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc.
•From the dining/living room a small corridor leads to:
•A bedroom with a double bed and glass door which lead back to the main entrance gate. This bedroom has no sea views as it is situated at the back of the house. This bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet
•Second bedroom with a double bed and French doors leading onto the main terrace
•Third bedroom with a double bed and French doors leading onto the main terrace
•Two large bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet.

ROOF TERRACE: The terrace is roughly 290 sqm and offers magnificent views of the steep cliffs covered lemon groves and vineyards. The terrace is partly shaded by a brickwork pergola and sun umbrellas, under which are two dining tables with chairs and a barbecue. The area exposed to the sun is equipped with comfortable sun lounges and an outdoor shower. The terrace is shared with the guests staying at the two other apartments of the villa and/or the owner who occasionally occupies her own apartment. From Furore 3, guests can access the roof terrace along an external stairway of approximately 30 steps.

Distances: The center of the village of Furore is 1.5 km away and offers immediate provisions (bars, groceries, local bus stop and post office). A five-minute drive reveals two authentic and delicious family restaurants. The town of Agerola is 10-minutes drive from the village and offers a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops, banks and other amenities. Amalfi is 8 km away, Ravello 16 km and Positano 25 km.

At both Amalfi and Positano there are ferries and hydrofoils to the other villages along the coast as well as to the Islands of Capri and Ischia, to Sorrento and Naples. In additiona, rental boats are available to explore the surrounding coastline, and visit the many small grottoes.

Extra services upon request by prior arrangement (supplied and payable locally): grocery shopping and deliver €30,00 (plus the cost of food), additional maid service €10,00 per hour, extra linen €20,00 per room, baby cot €50,00, high chair €30,00, baby sitting €15,00 per hour, cook service €200 ( plus the cost of food), airport transfers (please inquire for details and prices).
