Villa Vista Capri

Villa Vista Capri is a luminous two-story villa located on the coast in front of the island of Capri. It sleeps up to 28 people* in 12 ensuite bedrooms. From Villa Vista Capri you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. Located only 15 minutes by car from the seafront between the bays of Naples and Salerno, this villa is an ideal location for weddings, visiting the beaches, Sorrento, the local Islands and the Amalfi coast.

Villa Vista Capri is 400 square meters and features 12 ensuite bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating, wood-burning oven for pizza parties, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

*If there are more then 24 people in your party, Villa Vista Capri can accommodate up to 28 people (4 people will sleep on 2 large sofa beds. Extra costs will apply, please inquire). For smaller groups and use of only 9 bedrooms, please inquire for pricing.

Included in Prices listed for 24 people: Electricity up to 300 kW per week, water, gas, linen, towels, beach/pool towels, maid service six days a week 5 hours each day, Wi-Fi access, parking (6/8 cars).

The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. In the living room there are two sofas, a dining table seating 24 guests, Satellite TV, a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Capri and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas range, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen, three French doors will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea.

The first bedroom is accessible from the living room. It has a double bed, Satellite TV, AC/heating unit and access to the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. The bathroom is accessible from the living room and has a washbasin, toilet, fully enclosed shower, and hairdryer.

The second bedroom is accessible from the corridor. It offers a double bed, flat-screen Satellite TV, AC/heating unit, kitchenette (the kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric stove and a small refrigerator without freezer), and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer). The room has two Juliet balconies with a view of the sea.

The third bedroom is accessible from the corridor and has a double bed, sofa, kitchenette, flat-screen Satellite TV, an AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has three large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of Capri.

The fourth bedroom is accessible from the corridor. It has a double bed, a kitchenette (with a two-burner electric cooker and a small refrigerator without freezer), flat-screen Satellite TV, an AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer). The room has two Juliet balconies with a view of the sea and of Capri.

Bedroom five is accessible from the corridor. From the bedroom you will be able to access a small patio with a view of the swimming pool and of the garden through a French door.

Bedroom seven is accessible from the corridor. It has a double bed, kitchenette, flat-screen Satellite TV, AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, bathtub, hairdryer). From this bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

The eighth bedroom is accessible from the corridor. It has a double bed, kitchenette (with a two-burner electric stove and a small refrigerator without freezer), a flat-screen Satellite TV, an AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the vegetation and of the sea at a distance.

Bedroom nine is also accessible from the corridor. It has a double bed, kitchenette, flat-screen Satellite TV, an AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea in the distance through a French door.

Bedroom ten is also accessible from ground floor or from the corridor on the upper level. It has a double bed, kitchenette, flat-screen TV, an AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer).

Bedroom eleven is accessible from the ground floor. It has a double bed, kitchenette, flat-screen Satellite TV, AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer).

Bedroom 12 is also accessible from the ground floor. It has a double bed, kitchenette, flat-screen Satellite TV, an AC/heating unit, and ensuite bathroom (basin, toilet, fully-enclosed shower, hairdryer).

All the double beds can be separated and made into singles so each bedroom can be a double or two twins. Please request prior to arrival.

At Villa Vista Capri you will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus (Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line). You will find a grocery store 1.5 km away (roughly 1 mile). You can reach Villa Vista Capri from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Villa Vista Capri you will need a car, which you can park free of charge on the premises.

Villa Vista Capri provides classic Mediterranean flora, with olive trees, fruit trees and vines. The small wood and olive grove are the perfect places for cooling down on summer days. The garden is 2000 sqm (approx 21500 sqft) and is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and various trees. It offers a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, a children's play area, and a splendid view of the sea. The terrace is 150 sqm (1615 square feet) and can be accessed from the kitchen by going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. The terrace is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, tables, chairs, external shower, and portable barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the island of Capri.

The swimming pool (12m x 8m) area offers chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom with washbasin and toilet. From the swimming pool you can enjoy a stunning view of the island of Capri, of the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The pool is open from the middle of April until the middle of October.

The patio is 50 sqm and furnished with tables and chairs, with shade from an elegant gazebo. From the patio you can enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool, the garden, and the sea in the distance.
