Villa Florin

Villa Florin is immersed in the green Tuscan countryside and surrounded by a garden of cypresses, lemon and olive trees, and old Tuscan terracotta urns. This exclusive villa dates back to the 19th century and commands a sweeping view of Florence below. The elegant rooms of the villa are paved with terracotta or wood floors and the ceilings feature original exposed beams or stucco decorations. Equipped with all modern comforts (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, CD player, Internet connection on request), the villa also has a swimming pool, located about 90 meters from the residence. The edge of the pool is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers in which to relax in the sun or have breakfast while enjoying the breathtaking countryside view. Florence is only eight kms away while nearby are some important Medici villas and famous Etruscan archaeological sights.

The villa consists of three floors and sleeps up to 17 guests in eight double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bedrooms offer air conditioning and are romantic and very comfortable, furnished with antiques and decorated with exquisite bedspreads. On the ground floor is a large living room with plenty of sofas and chairs, a dining room with fireplace and seating for up to 16 guests, a fully equipped kitchen accented with Carrara marble, and four double bedrooms (one ensuite and three share a bathroom with bathtub). The first floor offers two double bedrooms (sharing a bathroom) and a small reading room. And on the lower floor are two twin bedrooms and the laundry room. Outside, the large terrace is furnished with tables and chairs for dining al fresco.

Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, Internet/Wi-Fi, towels and bed linens changed one a week, garden and pool maintenance, maid service once weekly, baby cot (upon request)
