Villa Fiorentina

A beautiful villa situated on the outskirts of Florence, about 10 kilometers away, on a panoramic hill. The villa was built at the end of the 18th century. Inside five large apartments have been completely redecorated and nicely furnished. You can rent the whole villa for a large family gathering or group of families. A large terrace and gardens welcome guests to experience the out of doors. A pool is also available May 15 to October 30. The peace and quiet of the villa combined with the closeness of Florence make it an ideal place to holiday in Tuscany.

The first apartment is a four bedroom apartment located on the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor is the large entryway, drawing room, kitchen and full bath with shower only. The drawing room has a sofa bed for two, dining table for four and a fireplace. The large kitchen contains stove, oven, and refrigerator. The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have queen beds (two twins made together), one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom has a single twin bed. There are two additional full baths; one with shower only and one with tub. A large terrace is accessible from the single twin bedroom.

The second apartment is a three bedroom apartment which can accommodate five people, or six with the addition of a bed. The apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor is a large living room with a fireplace and dining table seating six. The large cheery eat-in kitchen also has a table seating six. It is equipped with stove, oven, and refrigerator. On the first floor are the three bedrooms. The queen size bedroom (two twins together) has an attached shower room (no toilet.) The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a single twin bed with a wash basin in the room. There is also a full bath with a bathtub.

The third apartment is also two levels. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen area. There is a kitchen table seating six and kitchen appliances consisting of stove, oven, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen a staircase leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed (two twins together) and a third bedroom with a single twin bed. There are two full baths on this level. There is no separate living room in this apartment.

The fourth apartment has a living room with double sofabed, a small kitchen, two double rooms and two bathrooms ( one with shower and the other one with tub)


Price reflects occupancy by 23 people. There is an additional charge per week for more than 23 guests (see charges section). Tennis courts are available for a fee about eight kilometers away. Two small restaurants are within walking distance of the villa.
