Duomo Palace is a true historical living experience in the center of Florence just next to the Duomo Cathedral in central Florence. Built in the 14th century by important Florentine merchants and bankers, this luxury villa rental has been carefully restored by its current owners. Located on a pedestrian street, the Duomo Palace can accommodate up to 35 guests in a total of 12 en-suite bedrooms. (Only 10 suites are used for groups of 24 or less)
A full staff is available to help you with your every need and all meals can be prepared on the property and either brought to your room or eaten in the dining room. You will also be able to organize sight seeing trips and get tourist information at Duomo Palace.You will truly feel like you have taken a trip back in time at Duomo Palace!
The prices listed are for 24 guests. For 35 guests, during low season, the rate is USD 31,000 and for high season, USD 51,600.

The Duomo Palace has many different rooms to accommodate large groups. The layout is as follows:

2 Double Standard Rooms: two 15 square meters (approx. 162 Sq. Ft) rooms with each room has one double bed (1,90mt X 1,80mt) or two twin beds, satellite flat screen TV, minibar, coffee table and a chair, direct dial telephone, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access and a private marble bathroom, with hair dryer, heated towel rack and bathtub + shower.

1 Standard Superior: one 16 square meters (approx 172 Sq. Ft) room with one double bed (1,90mt X 1,80mt) or two twin beds, coffee table and 2 chairs, satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access and large private marble bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack and bathtub + shower.

1 Double Deluxe: one 22 square meters (approx 237 Sq. Ft) room with one double bed (1,90mt X 1,80mt)or two twin beds, one little sofa and a coffee table, satellite LCD TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access and large private marble bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack, separated bathtub and shower and two wash-basins.

1 Double Deluxe suite (55 square meters i.e. approx. 590 Sq. Ft) with a bedroom (25 square meters i.e. approx. 290 Sq. Ft)with a double bed (2mt x 1,90mt) (or 2 twin beds on request), LCD television, with private air conditioning/heating, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, cable or wireless high speed internet access, safe, minibar; one sitting room (20 square meters i.e. approx. 240 Sq. Ft) with two sofas and LCD TV set and private bathroom, with bathtub + shower, and hair dryer. On request, an extra double room ( 20sqm) can be used next to this with two twin beds (85x190) (or a big bed) with private air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, minibar, safe, direct dial telephone and extra bathroom with bathtub + shower. There is the possibility to have a third small bedroom (10sqm) with a double bed (170x190) and a small en-suite bathroom.

1 Junior Suite: one 40 square meters (approx 430 Sq. Ft) room all covered with original frescoes with one king size canopy bed (2mt X 2mt) and one full size sofa bed, table and chairs, satellite flat screen plasma TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access, DVD player and large private marble bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack, magnifying mirror, bathrobes and bathtub + shower.

1 Blue Suite: a two room suite (100 square meters, approx. 1260 Sq. Ft) located between the 1st and the 2nd floor of the Palace with approximately 15 steps going down to enter into it, the suite itself is on the 1st floor. One bedroom with one double bed (1,90mt x 1,80mt) (or twin beds), a sitting room with two twin sofa beds , and, on request, one kitchenette; it is provided with satellite plasma TV in both the living room and bedroom, minibar, direct dial telephones, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access, DVD player and one very large bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack, magnifying mirror, bathrobes, separated shower and bathtub and two wash-basins, very quiet, facing the internal courtyard of the palace.

1 Empire Suite: this approximately 40 square meters (approx 430 Sq. Ft.) suite with fresco ceilings and all windows facing the Duomo Cathedral has all it's furniture in original "Empire" style, one king size bed (2mt X 2mt), flat screen plasma satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access, DVD player and large fresco private marble bathroom with a big window facing on the Duomo square, hair dryer, heated towel rack, magnifying mirror, bathrobes and separated bathtub and shower.
1 Classic Suite: a two room suite: one 35 square meters (approx 320 Sq. Ft) bedroom with 2 big windows, one double bed (1,90mt X 1,80mt) or two twin beds, one 22 square meters (approx 237 Sq. Ft) sitting room with one queen size sofa bed and one satellite TV, chairs and table. In the bedroom: flat screen plasma satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephones, safe, private air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access, dvd player 2 big windows and one big marble bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack, magnifying mirror, bathrobes and separated shower and leg bathtub, very quiet, facing the internal courtyard of the palace.

1 Dome Suite: a two room suite on the 4th (last) floor of the palace. One 16 square meters (approx 172 Sq. Ft) bedroom with one double bed (1,90mt x 1,80mt) and one 40 square meters (approx 430 Sq. Ft) sitting room with one queen size sofa bed; out of its huge windows, a wonderful view over the Duomo Cathedral and the city, the hills of the charming town �Fiesole� and the magnificent church of San Miniato al Monte. This suite is fitted with one Jacuzzi bath in the sitting room (as a private small swimming pool), 2 satellite flat screen plasma TV, minibar, direct dial telephones, safe, air conditioning/heating, cable or wireless high speed internet access, DVD player and a private marble bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack, magnifying mirror, bathrobes and bathtub + shower.
