• Entrance to the Como Paradise is by an impressive marble floored entrance hall and full height atrium leading to the spacious and comfortably furnished living room with an open fire as focal point in the winter. To the right is a fully equipped large kitchen leading to the magnificent dining room with 270 degree view of the lake complete with a unique table built by one of the most famous boat builders on Lake Como. To the left of the entrance are three beautifully furnished double bedrooms sharing a massive bathroom with sunken bath, shower and double basins. Each bedroom has access to a terrace. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor with its own bathroom en-suite and access to a balcony.
• The first floor has a large and panoramic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private big terrace; another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a bright office room with a stunning stainless desk.
• The lower ground floor is reached by a hydraulic lift giving access to the wine cellar, bar, and tavern/TV room. The laundry room, technical room and access to the garage are also from this level.
• The dependence is approx 50 meters from the main villa and is built from the stones reclaimed from the rustic farm, which sat on the site of the new villa.
