Ionian Haven is a modern villa by the sea in the Plemmirio marine protected area, just a little bit south of Syracuse. The property enjoys a splendid seafront position and boasts a large, well-equipped covered terrace and a well-tended garden with private access to the rocks and sea. All on ground level, the comfortable rooms of the villa are furnished with contemporary taste and include a bright living/dining room, a modern kitchen (2 fridges, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker), four double bedrooms and four full bathrooms with shower. The nearby annex houses the third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and external shower.

The excellent location of Ionian Haven - just a few minutes' drive away from Syracuse's historic center - is also convenient for visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari, the sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche.
