Villa Nemo is a beautiful country property with pool situated in the southeast of Sicily, between the villages of Ispica and Rosolini. Set in a sunny, quiet location, the villa offers relaxing views over the surrounding countryside. Indigenous carob, olive, and citrus trees lend charm to this rural landscape. A well-kept garden with lawn frames the villa, the spacious stone terrace, and the beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi.
Within easy driving distance are the wonderful baroque towns of Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla and Scicli, and also the sandy beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve, of Pozzallo and Portopalo.

Recently built, the villa consists of two levels. The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped, masonry kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster), a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and bidet. A marble and iron staircase leads to the first floor, which is home to a double bedroom with balcony, a bedroom with a French bed and a large bathroom with shower.
All 3 bedrooms (only the bedrooms) are equipped with an A/C unit.
Outside, in a separate annex, is a second kitchen with wood-fired oven and BBQ.
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, water/gas, electricity up to 300 kwh/week, towel & linen weekly change, baby cot & high chair, 2 fans, welcome basket
