boasts a large terrace with outdoor kitchen equipped for al fresco dining and a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace. At the guests' disposal also the villa facilities, which include the wine cellar overlooking the pergola with garden furniture and the kids outdoor play area. Spread over three floors, its comfortable interior is furnished with contemporary taste and great attention to detail and comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The ground floor includes a spacious living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor are two further bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fitness room and a laundry room.
