Enjoy the good life with a stay in Villa Serafino, a luxury villa with pool located on the edge of Modica, an ancient, charming, baroque town in the southeast of Sicily. Majestic and elegant, this splendid newly-built villa was designed and built to provide the ultimate comfort. The large (600 sqm), yet cozy interiors of the villa are spread over four floors. They offer several convivial spaces, furnished in a refined, classic style.

On the entry level you'll find a spacious living area, consisting of lounge and living/dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Espresso machine), a laundry room and a guest toilet. The two upper floors house three luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, including a master bedroom with walk-in closet, ensuite shower and whirlpool tub. On the ground floor (accessed from outside) are a living/dining room, sitting room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite tub, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry room, and furnished terrace.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by large terraces, a portico with outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a well-tended garden with lawn, embracing the lovely private pool. The property comes also with a computer workstation with internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and heating.

This enchanting villa, ideal for those seeking luxury and comfort, is also conveniently located just a few kilometers from the charming baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the beautiful beaches of Donnalucata, Sampieri and Marina di Ragusa.
