Villa Cora

Villa Cora, an independent farmhouse with private swimming pool, is one of six restored buildings situated within the property of a beautiful estate, located between Arezzo, Siena and Firenze. The villa was a barn in its former life and is now a charming cottage, surrounded by hectares of fields and farmland. The private pool (open May 1 - September 30) occupies the backyard and offers a nice respite from busy days of exploration. Spacious and secluded, the outside area is furnished with a barbecue, and table and chairs for al fresco dining.

This large estate consists of six traditional farmhouses, of which Villa Cora is one. The property lies on the gentle hills that face the valley and offers endless views of vineyards and olive trees. For years, the estate farm has been producing its own extra-virgin olive oil, employing both old and modern cultivation techniques. The original structures date back to 1250 AD, and over the years have been destroyed and rebuilt by the reigning families of the area.



Villa Cora sleeps six guests within 80 square meters. It consists of two floors. The ground floor has a large, comfortably furnished living room with Satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). Three steps lead down to a double bedroom with queen bed (twin on request) and a bathroom with shower. French doors open on to the pool area and to the garden equipped with table and chairs for dining out. From the living room, a wooden, open staircase leads to the upper floor with one double room (twin on request), a twin bedroom (double on request), and a second bathroom with shower. Iron and ironing board available.

Rental price includes: Utilities (gas, water, electricity), use of pool, linen change once weekly

The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 meters away from both properties. Guests can find a grocery, a butcher shop, a restaurant and a bakery.
