This charming rural villa (with private estate and guest house) is nestled in the hills behind the beautiful Versilia coastline. Offering a pool, gardens and alfresco dining, it is a wonderful place for a family or group of friends to experience the serenity of the Tuscan landscape while being close to sought-after resort towns such as Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. Villa Vivace is situated not far from the village of Camaiore, which offers a nice selection of shops and restaurants, a post office, an outdoor market, as well as St. Peter's Abbey, a church founded by Benedictine monks featuring remnants dating back to the 13th century. About 10 kilometers away is Lido di Camaiore, a beautiful beach that is bordered by restaurants, shops and nightlife spots. The famed resort town of Forte dei Marmi, where there is a popular beach club, is also 10 kilometers away. Day trip destinations can include other seaside towns such as Viareggio or to such historical cities as Lucca (27 km) and Pisa.

A gate encloses the grounds, which are home to gardens, lawns, trees and various seating areas that include sun loungers, benches, tables and chairs. On the side of the villa, there is a terrace with a new swimming pool. The main villa has two entrances: one is accessed from the estate’s private road, while the other is located off of the main garden. The main garden faces the coast and is equipped with antique tables and chairs for alfresco dining.

Villa Vivace is comprised of three floors plus a guest house.

GROUND FLOOR: Features include a 15-meter long turquoise frescoed sitting room that has a sitting area with three small sofas and a chair, and a second sitting area with a sofa, chaise lounge, TV, DVD player, DVD library, CD player and CDs. In the middle of the two sitting areas there is a large dining table that seats up to 14 guests. A second refrigerator/freezer is concealed in the pale blue wardrobe (the first is in the first-floor kitchen). There are doors to the garden, and a brick staircase leading to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR: A breakfast room/dining area with a table for eight. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a stove, Italian coffee maker and espresso maker. There are two bedrooms, each with an air conditioning system. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. The second bedroom has two separate single beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

SECOND FLOOR: There are two master bedrooms, each with air conditioning system, queen-size bed, and ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. One of these 2 master bedrooms has also an ensuite dressing room.

GUEST HOUSE: Consists of one double bedroom with two twin beds (convertible to a queen) with air conditioning system and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Included in the rental price: final cleaning, daily cleaning of bedrooms and sitting rooms 3 hours/day (except Sunday), Internet, all utilities, grounds and pool maintenance 1 hour/day, air conditioning, pool and bath towels, daily concierge available via phone
