Built between the 16th and 18th centuries, Apartment Adelaide has been completely renovated and updated by the current owner and a young architect. This beautiful and unique home has been personally furnished and decorated with a perfect mix of modern taste and tradition, with a touch of high tech design, and a shoutout to the hip '70's. Adelaide is located in the picturesque town of Fiesole, with only an 800 meter walk to the main square, shops, and other facilities. Fully air conditioned, it consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living area with terrace overlooking the hills surrounding Florence, with access to a large, beautiful garden and a shared pool. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a classical Tuscan villa and has an independent entrance. Although the owner and his family live on the same estate, privacy is guaranteed (two other apartments are currently being rented long term).

The city center of Florence (8 km) can easily be reached by car or by bus in only 15 minutes. Fiesole is a perfect starting point not only to explore the city of Florence, but also the Chianti countryside. Siena, Lucca and the untouched Mugello countryside are less than 2 hours' drive. In Fiesole, guests will find everything needed for a perfectly equipped vacation: grocery shops, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, post office, bus stop, bank, and (not to be missed) the delicious Pasticceria Alcedo!


INTERIOR: The apartment measures 220 sqm (2370 sq.ft). From the front door a stairway of 18 steps leads to the first/top floor where the apartment is located (no elevator).

FIRST FLOOR: Entrance hall and corridor to the living area.
Spacious and bright living room with designer furniture, eye-catching art works, and beautiful paintings. Access to a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and the surrounding hills. Dining area with round table for six with designer chairs. Spacious and fully-equipped marble kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee, juicer), guest bathroom and laundry room with sink, washer & dryer.

From the entrance hall, to the right, a second corridor leads to two of the bedrooms; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink, tub and separate shower (3 steps to reach the bathroom), and a master bedroom with walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double sink, tub and separate shower.

To the left, a third bedroom with a living room, twin/double bed in a loft (6 steps to reach the bed area), a small bathroom with sink, WC and bidet, and a large bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub and relax area. All the windows of the house overlook the beautiful hills and the garden.

EXTERIOR: Please note that the apartment does not offer direct access to the garden. The gate to the garden is at 10 meters from the front door of the apartment. The beautiful Italian-style garden and the pool grounds (not fenced) are shared with the owner's family and are equipped with a bathroom and changing room for guests. In the garden there is a terrace furnished with table and chairs, for exclusive use of Adelaide guests. A garage for one car (40 sqm) is available, with room for another car parked alongside the road.

I just wanted to let you know that we all absolutely adored the villa at Fiesole. The Villa was superbly decorated with wonderful art works and furniture. But more importantly the owners were thoughtful, kind and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They bent over backwards to make our stay a most wonderful experience that we will cherish always. I can strongly recommend the villa. The bedrooms were spacious and very elegant as were the living areas. Also the caterer Pippo & Guia cooked us the most delicious meals on two occasions. They gave us an insight into the local cuisine. They too were beaut company. Thank you for suggesting such an amazing villa. Regards
