Villa Campari

Accentuating Villa Campari is a large, stately almond tree that, when it blooms in the springtime, can be seen from the Etruscan town of Arezzo, four kilometers away. Its strong, pleasant scent guarantees guests will love to spend their days lounging beneath it while gazing out at the valley below. A stunning example of a traditional Tuscan villa, the home is comprised of two floors and can sleep up to 10 guests. Recent renovations are compliant with an environment-friendly philosophy and the surrounding organic farm ensures guests a truly relaxing holiday in Tuscany, replete with wine tasting, cooking classes, and elegant gastronomy. The pool and private garden have inspiring views over the valley and hills towards Arezzo. In front of the house is a furnished terrace, providing a lovely spot for al fresco dining. Plenty of sun loungers are provided and there is also an outdoor shower by the pool. The sunny loggia has comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine from the estate's wine cellars.



GROUND FLOOR: From the entrance is a beautifully decorated living room with comfortable furnishings and two sets of French doors leading out to the furnished loggia, pool and garden area. The dining room seats up to 10 guests. A fully-equipped kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Espresso machine, American coffee maker, and a pizza oven. Originally part of the loggia, the kitchen/dining room is now enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, creating a magical space for meals. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom offers a fireplace.

FIRST FLOOR: Three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has French doors to a furnished terrace with magnificent views.

In the basement is a laundry room, and a guest bathroom with WC, washbasin and bidet.

Upon request wine tastings, cooking courses and dinner in the villa can be arranged for guests. Welcome dinner on the arrival day and welcome basket for breakfast for all the guests spending at least one week at the villa.

Spent a week with family and friends and found everything to be perfect. The house contained a total of 5 bedrooms with separate living quarters and kitchens on both floors. It was very nice relaxing on the patio and by the pool. October 2018

Stayed at Villa Campari for 1 week, great place in a beautiful surrounding. Fabulous host, Iacopo, could not fault the place. Overlooking town of Arezzo at night was magnificent. Winery was great, we watched how the wine was being made from hand picking grapes to how it is bottled and stored. Lots of olive trees as they making their own oil. September 2018

It is fun, then you all get to eat a fantastic meal! Wine is excellent and reasonably priced to ship home! The villas are modern and spacious with tremendous views!
