Pieve Hamlet

Pieve Hamlet is located in the beautiful rolling hills just outside Lucca. From the villas there are stunning views of Lucca and Pisa nestled among the vineyards. This hamlet has three newly renovated villas and is perfect for a large group of up to twenty guests. Each of the villas is independent with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms. This allows for privacy if there are several families all staying together.
Large gatherings can be accommodated in Olivo which is a large meeting room which opens up to the pool area. It has a fully equipped kitchen for organizing dinners, parties or wine tastings. The room has seating for up to fifty guests and there is also a bar. Outside on the patio are tables and chairs next to the very inviting pool. In the lower level of Olivo is a gym with exercise equipment and a Turkish bath. From the gym you can look through the underground window and see into the pool!

The first of the three villas can accommodate seven guests. The main floor has an entrance way leading into the living room which is comfortably furnished. There is a dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher. The kitchen opens up to an outdoor dining area.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. There are also two other double bedrooms which share a bathroom with shower. The furnishings are simple and the rooms feel light and airy. All of the bathrooms are tiled.
Downstairs there is an independent single bedroom which has its own entrance off of the garden.
The second villa can accommodate six guests. On the main floor there is a large living room with fireplace. Adjoining it is a large dining area in the kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher. From the kitchen, stairs lead to a covered terrace. There is also a full bathroom with tub and shower on the main floor.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and a second double bedroom. This room also has a full bathroom but it is in the hallway.
Downstairs is a double bedroom with full shower bathroom. Again, this bedroom has an independent access from the outside.
The third villa has a large living room with comfortable furnishings and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen also opens up to a covered terrace for dining al fresco. There is one double bedroom and a full bathroom with tub on the main floor.
The first floor has two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. These rooms can be made into double bedrooms upon request.
The lower level has a single bedroom with shower bathroom and also has an independent access from outside.
Each of the houses has a washing machine. A daily maid service is included in the rental.
The swimming pool and Olivo are the heart of the hamlet. The pool can be heated upon request (see charges below). One part of the pool can be used as a jacuzzi.
The owners of Pieve Hamlet live in a separate house on the property and are there to maintain the property and help the guests thoroughly enjoy their stay. They have their own wine and olive oil productions for the tasting! An ideal location for a family gathering!
