The Italian Home

The Italian home is a large independent property that has been recently renovated with careful consideration to retain all the original characteristics of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. There are stunning panoramic views of the surrounding wooded hillsides and the Italian medieval village towers in the distance. The home affords a very private and tranquil setting with its natural beauty and the silence of the countryside. The pool is an unusual irregular shape located in the garden, and there is plenty of room in the front of the house for dining on the terrace which is equipped with table and chairs and shade umbrella.

The property is reached by a short steep single-track road, not suitable for low-slung vehicles.

As you enter this lovely farmhouse you find a comfortable spacious living area with a large fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen which includes a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and sink. The main floor also includes the master double bedroom which has a bath with shower. The second floor has four bedrooms with twin beds and two adjacent bathrooms with shower.The furnishings are simple Italian style yet attractive and comfortable. The garden surrounds a lovely irregular pool for the private use of the guests. The large terrace is terracotta tiled, and located on the sunny side of the home. The terrace is equipped for dining al fresco.
