Villa Valdambre

Villa Valdambre was previously a farmhouse composed of two barns and now has been restored into a beautiful villa with two annexes - one being a separate accommodation, the other a 'wellness center' with sauna and jacuzzi. It has retained much of its original charm but with modern fittings, including underfloor heating and cooling systems (not air-conditioning system) depending on the time of year. All rooms are comfortably appointed with modern terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, satellite TV, and ensuite shower rooms.

The property is located on a hilltop in a gated, private estate surrounded by vineyards and woodland with extensive countryside views. The property is well-located for pleasant and convenient day trips to many of Tuscany's most picturesque towns; Siena in approximately thirty minutes, Montepulciano, Cortona or Montalcino and charming villages like Greve-in-Chiant within an hour.

VILLA
Ground floor: Large dining room with big table and chairs for 20 guests, living room with sofas, fireplace and TV and a toilet with just WC and washbasin. 4 steps lead up to a large fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. This room can also be accessed from outside.

First floor: 6 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom with shower. Some of the bedrooms can be turned into twin-bedded rooms on request.

ANNEX
An annex is adjacent to the main villa and is of the same high-quality. It has an independent dining room with kitchen and 2 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower and Satellite TV.

*Please note: The annex can only be rented as part of the full villa. If it is not rented along with the villa, it remains empty for that rental period.

OUTSIDE & GARDEN AREA
Garden: a park of about 50 hectares with olive groves, vineyards and woodlands. In the event of weddings or other large gatherings, the garden can accommodate a maximum of 80 people. In an adjoining building near the pool is a Spa area that includes a Jacuzzi and a sauna with UVA lamp.

Swimming pool: The pool area is completely furnished with an equipped gazebo. The large solar-heated pool (6x12 mt - depth 1,40 mt; open from 15 March to 31 October) can be heated on request with an extra charge. It is an ideal corner to relax enjoying the view looking over the landscape below.

Parking: On property for at least 4 cars.
