A Mediterranean-style Villa, Alma Pacifica overlooks the Ocean and Town below, perched on the hillside over one of the most charming areas of Cabo San Lucas. Every direction offers views of traditionally styled houses and the blue waters of the Ocean - nothing but perfection as far as the eye can see.

The mainstay of Alma Pacifica is the fantastic living room, furnished with imported Italian Leather Sofas, state of the art media center and enough space for the whole family; it is definitely a place to gather and enjoy. The fully-equipped, Gourmet Kitchen is ideal for entertaining, paired up with the Private Infinity Pool that overlooks the Ocean.

There are 4 Bedrooms in the Villa, and plenty of space for extra guests. 2 of the Bedrooms are Master Suites, one with Queen Bed, the other with King Bed. The second Queen Bedroom shares a bath with the last bedroom, having 2 Twin Beds. 4.5 Bathrooms accompany these rooms and ensure privacy and convenience for all.

The Deck is furnished with a Dining Table, BBQ and offers views and immediate access to the swimming pool.

Alma Pacifica is a 4 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath residence, with 14 foot ceilings offering the Casablanca feel, luxurious marble tile floors throughout, carried beyond and to the Pool Deck . Enjoy the infinity Pool and Jacuzzi Spa looking out over the wide beautiful Pacific ocean.

Separate entertainment and family room including giant Plasma TV, Satellite reception with over 200 U S and Canadian channels. Separate private guest terrace, outdoor gas BBQ area, over-sized 2 car garage, remote control electric door, fully equipped modern kitchen, including wine cooler.
