Spectacular 11,000 square foot compound in the prestigious Lower Conchas Chinas residential area of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This sprawling Villa has 6 levels and numerous terraces and entertainment areas, making it perfect for large groups, family reunions or corporate retreats. With the friendly attentive staff, immaculate gardens and waterfall, you feel like a pampered guest at a boutique hotel. Located on the scenic Mismaloya Highway on the edge of town, you are close to local restaurants, bars and tour agencies, and just a short walk to a sandy beach. There is a large heated pool and full staff. Accommodations include 10 bedrooms each with private baths (3 with kitchen studios).
$45 per person extra over 20 people. Restrictions: 2 people per room, maximum 24 persons. Minimum 7 night rental during high season and holidays.
