Guest accommodations consist of 65 residences with breathtaking sea views. The condos reflect a contemporary interpretation of modern and tropical living. All residences have private entrances from the tranquil gardens and are connected by walkways. All residences feature one or more outdoor terraces with sun decks, dining table and a unique blue-water element, such as a pool, hot tub, or Jacuzzi. The units are divided into seven categories with one, two, three or four bedroom/bathroom options.

The interiors offer the very highest standard of luxury and each condo provides guests with the ultimate in residential comfort. All bedrooms have king-size beds and are connected to private bathrooms with unique bathtub, separate shower head, toilet, double vanity washbasin and amenities. All have walk-in closets and are equipped with LCD TV and DVD player. All residences have a fully equipped, contemporary open-kitchen, which is positioned next to the dining room where you can prepare your favorite food or where your chef will treat you with the most delicious dishes as part of the in-villa dining service. Every living room is decorated with designer furniture, contemporary art, modern lighting, LCD TV, DVD player and IPod player. You will also find an elegant entrance, a storage room, a separate rest room, built-in air conditioning, a lazy chair and so much more.

The Penthouse condo (approx. 406 sq. meters) is the only residence offering four bedrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds, walk-in closets and are equipped with LCD TV and DVD player. All bathrooms have bathtub, separate shower, toilet, double vanity washbasin, amenities and modern blue lighting, creating magical effects. The huge living room features beautiful designer furniture, contemporary art, modern lighting, avant-garde LCD TV and DVD player. The fully equipped contemporary, open kitchen with integrated light bar is a centrally located masterpiece. The dining room offers seating for 10 guests. There is an elegant entrance with a private elevator bringing guests directly into the Penthouse. In addition, there is a storage room, safety deposit boxes, separate restroom, air conditioning, decorative fans, lazy chair, and entertainment center. The large, outside space of this residence has three private terraces (1 small terrace in front of the master bedroom, 1 big terrace and 1 roof top terrace ) with dining tables, sun beds. A private lap pool of 13 x 3 meters is beautifully integrated on the terrace. The pool and the living area are divided by glass so you can actually look into the blue water of the pool from the inside.

Thai Orchid Resort has a spectacular location on a magnificent hillside bordered by lush, tropical jungle vegetation, overlooking the stunning bay of Bang Po and nearby island of Koh Phangan. On clear days you see the world renowned diving island of Koh Tao and you can enjoy stunning sunsets turning the sky into pink, red and orange fireballs. Koh Samui airport is only 20 Km from the Resort and a mere one hour flight South of Bangkok or East of Phuket. There are daily flights to Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
